YSRCP leader of Markapuram, Balineni Srinivasa Reddy shocked his own party by skipping the meeting of AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as he was deeply hurt. The former minister didn’t even care about his own party Chief’s protocol in this regard.
Going into details, the regional convener of YSRCP, Balineni Srinivasa Reddy went to Markapuram since the CM would land in the constituency to welcome him. As he was approaching the special Helipad, he was stopped by the Police as a sign of protocol and asked to return, hurting the sentiments of the leader. Irked Srinivasa Reddy immediately cursed the Police for stopping him and went to his home without even attending the function organized by the YSRCP where the CM distributed funds for the poor. Srinivasa Reddy was a former Minister in YSR’s regime and he was even a relative to Jagan in this regard. However, things were not well between Reddy and the party as he was declined MLA and MP seats in 2019.
Local SP tried his best to stop and make the situation understandable to Srinivasa Reddy but it seems the leader has already got some disappointment inside and the police act only added fuel to the flame. Whatever might be the case, all was not well with the leaders of the ruling party.
