Natural Star Nani is betting big for the first time with his upcoming Pan-Indian movie ‘Dasara’. Apart from aggressive promotions, the movie has made headlines with its sensor.
This completely rugged rural drama with the backdrop of Telangana nativity, the movie ‘Dasara’ gave a vibe of its filterless emotions in the released theatrical trailer. As the movie is inching towards the release date, the producers sent the movie for the Sensor and the movie’s Telugu version got as many as 36 sensor cuts, making it the most censored Telugu movie to date. Since the makers stick to the genuine script, it seems there were some cuss words and bloodshed so the officials in the censor board wanted to trim them as they are quite violent. However, this news is only helping the movie’s buzz because movie lovers want to witness this rustic emotional drama.
Directed by a newcomer Srikanth Odela, Nani is seen as a completely raw villager for the first time while Keerthi Suresh donned the role of Nani’s love interest. This movie is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas. Santosh Narayan’s music has already topped the charts and Nani is aggressively promoting this movie across India for its release on the 30th of this month.
