Visionary director SS Rajamouli made a huge chunk of the International and National audience turn their heads at him with the resound of RRR. His upcoming project with Superstar Mahesh Babu which is yet to get started has got a new development.
Ever since RRR was released, the director Rajamouli has been busy promoting the film everywhere, especially in the USA which fetched them many awards including the Golden Globe. Now that the song ‘Natu Natu’ got nominated for ‘Best Original Score’ at the 2023’s Oscars, Rajamouli is gearing up for yet another big round of promotions from the month of March. Only after completing the awards ceremony, Rajamouli would start concentrating on his next with Mahesh Babu.
Until now, it was learned that the pre-production work had started and only script work was completed. Soon after the Oscars, Rajamouli would fine-tune the script to make the final copy and would organize a two-month workshop for the entire team to get into the project for a perfect heads up. The workshop is planned for the second half of the year as per the sources close to the writer Vijayendra Prasad and meanwhile, Mahesh Babu would complete his current project under the director Trivikram. Touted to be a Global action thriller which will be in the lines of ‘Indiana Jones’, the movie is bankrolled by many International production houses in association with the main producer KS Rama Rao.
