Manikrao Thakre, the Incharge for the Congress wing of Telangana clears the air regarding its rumored future alliance with the BRS. In the wake of TPCC MP Komatreddy Venkat Reddy’s shocking allegations, Thacke ruled out the alliance.

It all began when the Bhuvanagiri MP Komatreddy Venkat Reddy made some sensational remarks that no party ever would get more than 60 seats out of 119 and this would make any two parties form an alliance. Since BRS is against Modi and BJP, It would join hands with the TPCC to form the government. He backed his statements by stating the survey reports of a renowned organization and within no time, other Congress leaders like Addanki Dayakar, Mahesh Goud, and others condemned these reports.

Manikrao met the TPCC leaders like Venkat Reddy, Nadeem Javeed, Bose Raju, Venu Gopal, and others to have a quick review meeting. Later Congress Incharge of Telangana for the AICC, Thacke declared that TPCC will not form an alliance with BRS and has the capacity to form the government by going solo. Venkat Reddy however claimed that he sticks to the principles of Congress and he merely quoted the surveys but his fellow leaders were intentionally creating controversies on him. Now that the future road map is clear for the TPCC, it has to work hard against BRS and T-BJP for the upcoming polls.
