Ever since the central agency, CBI has taken up the sensational murder case of YS Viveka Reddy, investigation is going at a rapid pace. New evidence disclosed by a key witness reveals new developments in this case.
YS Viveka’s murder shook the state of AP and the state police despite investigation failed to conclude the case. With the fight of Viveka’s daughter Sunitha in the High Court of AP, the case was transferred from AP Police to the CBI in Telangana and since then the officials have interrogated as many as 250 plus members including the accused Sunil Yadav, Uma Shankar Redy, Devireddy Shiva Shankar Reddy and Gangireddy along with the driver Dasagiri who are in remand.
According to the latest update, the driver of YS Viveka, Dastagiri has reportedly turned as an approver and he had given crucial details regarding the accused in the interrogation and soon CBI will take an action against them. Meanwhile, the accused has approached the court challenging Dastagiri against him, turning as an approver to the CBI. All in all, Sunitha who thought that the ruling party is saving the accused and diluting the case was proven to be right considering the investigation done by CBI versus AP Police in their respective time span. One has to wait and see what new names shall be uncovered in this investigation.
