Things aren’t working in favor of Jagan’s Sarkar as his own MLAs are dissenting over this young CM’s ruling in AP state. Following the route of ex-Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy, MLA Vasantha Krishna Prasad found fault with the YSRCP ruling.
The YSRCP MLA of Mylavaram Vasantha Krishna Prasad in NTR District in a recent press meet declared that the state government has done a terrible mistake arresting the NRI Vuyyuru Srinivasa Rao at in the stampede in Guntur. He stated that arresting NRIs who are working for the betterment of Indian society will send a negative message to all the NRIs who are contributing to the welfare of AP people in many ways. MLA Prasad claimed that he knew Srinivasa Rao for a long time and that his Vuyyuru Foundation has organized tons of social service programs selflessly in the past decade. Asking the state government to release Srinivasa Rao, the dissent YSRCP MLA expressed his concern that NRIs will stop their charity to AP with this arrest.
It is a known fact that the NRI Srinivasa Rao collaborated with the TDP to distribute Sarees and Groceries to the poor in Guntur the other day which resulted in a stampede where three women breathed their last. Srinivas Rao got arrested for organizing the entire freebies program along with a couple of TDP leaders.
