The sudden news broke out just a moment ago that the Income Tax department has raided the YSRCP leader Avinash and Gannavaram MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi.
The income Tax department which is probing a land purchase in Banjara Hills with money laundering from a scammed chit fund company found links with the Vijayawada leaders. Wasting no time, the officials formed into teams and raided the houses and properties of YSRCP leader Devineni Avinash and Vallabhaneni Vamsi at exactly 6:30 AM today. Within no time, the news of raids spread like wildfire across the city of Vijayawada and many are shocked by the sudden action of IT. The officials still are conducting searches at all the linked places of these two leaders since morning and the leaders are said to be in quite a shock.
Interestingly, both leaders once belonged to the party TDP. Devineni Avinash directly joined YSRCP and Vamsi after winning as an MLA under the TDP ticket in Gannavaram immediately changed his loyalties and is supporting YSRCP by going against TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu. Sources say that another YSRCP leader Kodali Nani might also get searched by IT regarding his links with the land purchase.
