After working on diverse genres ranging from mythology to patriotism, India’s most successful filmmaker SS Rajamouli is gearing up to work on an action-adventure in his next outing which will feature Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu in the lead role. The RRR director already announced during his recent media interactions that it is going to be a globetrotting action spectacle with a staggering budget and a star-studded cast.
Rajamouli now informed that this highly anticipated film will be on par with the Hollywood hit franchise ‘Indiana Jones’, an adventure drama inspired by a novel of the same name. Rajamouli also said he and his team of writers including his father are working on the story for the past couple of months and it will take some more time to complete the bound script. The regular shooting of this film will commence in 2023.
Rajamouli is currently busy campaigning for RRR in the Oscars race. He is attending various film festivals across the globe and promoting RRR aggressively. He is also simultaneously generating buzz on his next film as it will be bigger than Baahubali and RRR.
