In the wake of the growing anti-incumbency of the ruling party YSRCP, its chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has taken some damage control methods by revoking two of his party’s former MLAs and making headlines.
Jagan has been receiving brickbats from general voters and opposition parties against his government and its leaders. From his close associates to the political analysts, he is getting not-so-satisfactory surveys for the upcoming general elections to re-conquer the ballot box once again.
In the Chief’s constituency-wise surveying, he received tons of complaints from his two former MLAs Ravi Venkata Ramana of Ponnuru and DY Das from Pamarru constituencies.
It was heard that Ravi is creating a lot of issues for the sitting MLA Kilari Rosaiah and Das is working against the current MLA Anil Kumar in their divisions thereby creating a rift among the party members and supporters. Without any delay, Jagan has taken disciplinary action against these two former MLAs and suspended them unconditionally.
The son of the late YSR warned the former leaders of other constituencies to work alongside the sitting MLAs keeping the general elections in 2024.It is rumored among political experts that Jagan is looking forward to dropping at least 20 sitting MLAs who are not vocal against the opposition and also skipping the door-to-door campaign.
For sure the upcoming general elections would be exciting with tons of developments among the existing parties of Andhra Pradesh.
