It is well known that Telugu Desam Party leader BTech Ravi has been arrested by the Police at midnight under dramatic circumstances. The family members of BTech Ravi stated that he was taken into custody when he was traveling from Kadapa to Pulivendula. The Kadapa Magistrate sent BTech Ravi to 14 14-day remand and with the judgment, he was taken to the Kadapa Central Jail.
The honorable judge questioned the Police on why the delay in the case which happened almost 10 months back. It was in January that BTech Ravi had a scuffle with the Police at the Kadapa airport when he was denied entry through the gate. The incident happened when Lokesh visited Kadapa Dargah and offered special prayers.
Along with the Kadapa airport case, another cricket betting case was filed against BTech Ravi. On the other hand, TDP leaders are accusing political vendetta against the YSRCP government.
