The Chief Advisor of the Andhra Pradesh Government, Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy has fumed at the opposition for having false propaganda on the Vizag Steel Plant. He claimed that his ruling party YSRCP is completely committed to saving it at any cost.
Sajjala in his recent press meet quashed the rumors of the Opposition party’s claims that the BRS Government is looking forward to bidding for the Vizag Steel Plant. He declared that the propaganda is indeed false and they try to make the ruling party look bad in the eyes of the public. Sajja on this note revealed that his Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been sending a lot of proposals to the Prime Minister and his government to save the Vizag Steel Plant along with asking them to sanction a couple of mines to the AP Government. Sajjala assured confidence that Jagan will save the Vizag Steel Plant as it is the deepest sentiment of AP people.
The comments of Sajjala are not in line with the way things are going because the Central Government already invited bidders to send their Interests and quotations. The bid would end by 15th of April and whoever gets the best bid would conquer the plant. One has no idea if the AP Government is participating in the bid directly or making efforts to save it indirectly but the central government hadn’t made any comments on this issue.
