Y S Avinash Reddy’s father Bhaskar Reddy was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation two months back citing his involvement in the Kadapa MP Viveka’s murder case.
Despite trying hard for bail, he wasn’t granted as Bhaskar Reddy was one of the prime accused in Viveka’s murder case. But the CBI court has granted him the escort bail today for a span of 12 days citing his health conditions. The officials of the Chanchalguda jail have submitted the medical report of Bhaskar Reddy for which the CBI has granted bail on health grounds. The CBI court has directed Bhaskar Reddy to take medical support during these 12 days and he will be under strict vigilance of the escorts for these 12 days. He was also told to report to the court immediately after the bail period ends.
Y S Avinash Reddy’s name has also been included by the CBI in Viveka’s murder case. The CBI alleges that Avinash Reddy along with his father has been involved in this murder conspiracy. It is heard that Avinash Reddy will also be arrested but he managed somehow to get out of it. A lot of drama was created at that time which forced the CBI to step back as it would enrage a law and order issue. After that Avinash secured a bail from the Apex Court.
