The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) is preparing to take action against YSR Congress Party chief and former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s maternal uncle and former MLA Ravindranath Reddy. TTD is serious over Ravindranath Reddy’s political comments at Tirumala during his visit to Tirumala Srivari temple on Sunday morning, outside the temple after the darshan.
In this context, it seems that the TTD has become serious about Ravindranath Reddy making political comments and allegations, which are prohibited in Tirumala. However, it is believed that Ravindranath Reddy made political comments in violation of the rules. In this context, the TTD Vigilance Department is investigating his comments.
It is learnt that action is being taken against Ravindranath Reddy for violating the decision taken by the TTD Board of Trustees. TTD is reportedly particularly expressing its anger against the YSRCP leader for mentioning Pulivendula ZPTC by-election and making serious political comments against conduct of the polls.
He said that all the people of Pulivendula are ready to show through this election that they are with YS Jaganmohan Reddy. Moreover, he accused the ruling TDP alliance of committing anarchy in the Pulivendula ZPTC by-election. He accused the ruling party leaders of terrorizing YCP workers and the people of Pulivendula. He also accused that the police are not being properly under this government, but acting as tools of the ruling coalition.
Ravindranath Reddy alleged that false promises were made in the name of Super Six. But, in practice, he accused that none of them are being implemented. Ravindranath Reddy asserted that the people want YS Jaganmohan Reddy to return as Chief Minister of the state again in 2029. He expressed confidence that the Pulivendula ZPTC election will show that the people of Pulivendula are with Jagan.
Ravindranath Reddy alleged that steps are being taken to make people go from one village to another to vote. He lamented that they are committing atrocities to reduce the voting percentage. Ravindranath Reddy made key comments saying that such elections have never been held anywhere since India gained independence. He made sensational comments saying that had YS Jagan had intended, Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan would not have filed their nominations.
