Seems the SIT of Telangana Police is not in the mood of resting anywhere soon as they approach the date set by the High Court to submit a detailed report. Day by day, the officials are probing deeper and serving notices to many more linked to this case.
Already the two Telugu states are well aware of the four TRS MLAs poaching case as three accused Ramachandra Bharati aka Satish Kumar, K Nanda Kumar, and Simhayaji as one of the MLAs tipped off about the trade worth 100 crores. The Special Investigation team took all three accused into custody and they have been grilled everywhere. Whatever name pops up from the accused, SIT is serving them notices asking them to appear before the investigation. In this regard, BL Santosh Kumar who has been evading the investigation despite serving notices has now been promoted to accused because of his absconding from the entire probe. Apart from this, the officials are serving notices to many leaders that are alleged to have links with BJP leaders.
Now the new twist, in this case, is the name of Narasapuram MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju’s name floated up and he was also said to be served notices via the court. Meanwhile, the Telangana Police asked for an extension of custody and the court granted the extension until the 9th of December for all the accused members to dig deeper. It is quite fascinating to finally understand why BJP tried its best to transfer the case to the CBI instead of the state police as many people linked to the saffron party are getting involved in this case.
