A small-time producer of Tollywood, KP Chowdary was caught by the Hyderabad Police upon an unknown tip recently as he possessed cocaine. Recent investigations reveal that the producer has sold this drug to some celebrities in Telugu Film Industry.
The drug usage of celebrities is not new and a couple of years back, a Special Investigation Team busted a well-known celebrity seller who sold drugs to many big names and they were investigated as well. After all these days, producer KP Chowdary again reopened the drugs issue as he got caught by the cops. The Police have seized four mobile phones of this part-time producer and upon deep investigation into the mobiles, they have found that Chowdary has been selling cocaine to 12 celebrities which include two actresses and a director who are well known. Police tracked these celebrities by using payments made to Chowdary and he had earned quite a lot of money with drugs.
The phone records also surfaced of the small-time actress Ashu Reddy who is famous for her presence in Bigg Boss and later interviews with RGV as she made hundreds of calls with this producer. Even though Ashu Reddy condemned these rumors, the police investigation says otherwise. Soon the investigation officers would attach all names they have found and submit them to the court.
