P V Ramesh, a former IAS officer who played an instrumental role when Chandrababu Naidu was the chief minister of AP, has denied the claims floating in the media stating that there is no truth in Chandrababu Naidu getting arrested because of his statement.
P V Ramesh has expressed that he was quite surprised and shocked to see the entire situation the way it has been shaped by the CID. He further clarified that CID has previously recorded his statement in connection with the Skill Development Scam. He made it clear that then finance department hasn’t done any false doings regarding this initiative which is aimed to provide valuable skills to the youth.
P V Ramesh has also raised his concerns regarding the approach of CID, especially in the context of how they filed the case without the original files. The former IAS officer also expressed that CID might have manipulated his statements in their favor. P V Ramesh has also mentioned that some key names that have a lot of significance in this case have been missing. However, have to see how the CID or the government officials respond to P V Ramesh’s comments.
