Tension prevailed at the residence of BRS MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy following allegations that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy was hacking heroines’ phones with private hackers. Following the NSUI call for an attack on Kaushik Reddy’s house, party workers reached the MLA’s house in large numbers. The tension subsided after the NSUI leaders called off the agitation.
Meanwhile, BRS workers reached Kaushik Reddy’s residence in Kondapur, Hyderabad in large numbers, suspecting that Congress and NSUI workers would attack them. More than a thousand BRS leaders and workers reached Kaushik Reddy’s residence under the leadership of KCR, KTR and Harish Rao in support of Kaushik Reddy.
BRS workers shouted slogans saying that there was nothing wrong with what Kaushik Reddy had said. They warned that there would be protests across the state if he was attacked. They criticized the Congress government for continuing to rule with illegal cases, arrests and attacks.
They warned that people are watching the Congress policies and that the party will have to learn a lesson in the future. Meanwhile, Congress leaders expressed anger over these comments against Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. A case has been registered against Padi Kaushik Reddy at Rajendranagar police station.
Rajendranagar Congress Party President Prabhakar Reddy complained to the police that the BRS MLA had made objectionable comments against CM Revanth Reddy. As a result, the police have registered a case against him under various sections.
It may be recalled that BRS MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy alleged that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is blackmailing heroines by having private hackers tap their phones. He pointed out that Revanth Reddy himself admitted that he was getting his phone tapped, so he demanded the Center to conduct an investigation into this with the CBI and ED.
Moreover, he questioned why CM Revanth Reddy went to ‘My Home Bhuja’ at midnight? He alleged that Revanth was having the phones of 118 MLAs, 17 MPs and MLCs tapped.
