Tenali’s ticket hinted at a nexus between TDP and Janasena?

The Janasena Supreme Pawan Kalyan has been hinting about a possible alliance with TDP by declaring that he would not split the anti-votes of YSRCP. Yet another point is now being discussed with the recent revelations of TDP leader Alapati Raja.

The former Minister Alapati Raja in Tenali interacted with the press regarding a party meeting and stated that he is not sure about getting the Tenali ticket this time. Claiming that he trusts his boss Chandrababu Naidu a lot, he is ready to contest from anywhere the party’s high command suggests to him and stated that it might not be from Tenali. On the same note, he added that the alliance with other parties will be decided by the party Chief in the upcoming days, so he is not at all worried because CBN would take care of his seat at any cost.

The words of Alapati can be clearly decrypted to understand that the alliance he was talking about was with Janasena and the Tenali constituency is one of the most needed seats for Janasena as its number two Nadendla Manohar would contest from it. In other words, the alliance is a reality for 2024 and CBN is keen on leaving Tenali for Nadendla Manohar for the sake of Janasena’s support. Manohar won from Tenali in 2009 and 2014 whereas Alapati Raja won in 2014. Both of them lost in 2019 to YSRCP’s Annabathuni Sivakumar.
