Ex-Minister of YSRCP, Perni Nani dared to take potshots on the BRS party and its leader Malla Reddy. Responding to Malla Reddy’s recent dig at the AP ruling party, Nani declared that the Telangana leaders have cheated AP and its people to the core.
Malla Reddy the other day visited Tirumala and commented that his party BRS will contest in all the assembly seats of AP. He questioned the completion of the Polavaram Project and Special Category Status of AP only to reiterate that his boss KCR is the right boss to complete all these pending promises. Now Nani refuted the comments of Malla Reddy by stating that it was TRS and its Chief KCR the sole reason for AP’s current financial state. He pointed out the pending assets and funds that AP has to get in the bifurcation share and declared that KCR halted everything. MLA Nani also brought up the topic of illegal electricity generation in Telangana using its projects like Kaleshwaram etc by wasting a lot of river water.
There are truths in the claims of both leaders but the million-dollar question any political enthusiasts get is what did the YSRCP government do in the past three-plus years. Known for its secret nexus with the Telangana CM KCR, Jagan failed to get what’s due to Andhra Pradesh nor he used his friendship with BJP bigwigs to get special category status.
