The Q News office of MLC Teenmar Mallanna in Medipalli was attacked once again. This time allegedly by Jagruti activists protesting Mallanna’s inappropriate comments on BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha. Teenmar Mallanna was in the office during the attack. Furniture and mirrors in Mallanna’s office were destroyed.
Mallanna’s gunman warned that he would open fire if the Jagruti members did not leave. When the gunman warned the Jagruti members not to leave the office despite the warning, he fired 5 rounds in the air. A young Jagruti member named Sai was injured in this firing. The young man was immediately taken to the hospital. Sai is currently undergoing treatment in the hospital. Doctors found that the bullet had passed through his hand.
Meanwhile, several people were seriously injured as the mirrors in the office were broken. Mallanna’s hand was also slightly injured. As a result, the office was soaked in blood and panic prevailed. Later, the injured were taken to the hospital. The police have now brought the situation under control. The staff panicked after the attack on the Q News office.
Teenmar Mallanna complained to the police after learning that Jagruti activists were likely to take strict action. The police have registered a case and are investigating as per his complaint. Journalist associations and public associations have strongly condemned the attack. Teenmar Mallanna said that attacks on media organizations are not right.

MLC Kavitha has now brought the BC movement to the fore. She has been demanding that the government implement 42 percent reservation for BCs.
