The Telugu Desam Party MP Ram Mohan Naidu has filed a complaint to Union Home Minister Amit Shah against the AP CID chief Sanjay.
In the complaint to Amit Shah, the MP has addressed some serious concerns regarding the way the investigation has been taken up in the case of Chandrababu’s arrest. Ram Mohan Naidu also alleged that the AP CID chief Sanjay is behaving as a YSRCP activist and follower. The MP further stated that AP CID is working with a political bias and has violated all the rules by allegedly working for Jagan Sarkar. Ram Mohan Naidu has mentioned in specific about how CBN was arrested without any proper trial in the Skill Development Scam case. He further explained how the AP CID has failed to maintain confidentiality in the case thereby giving the chance to tarnish the reputation of the opposition parties.
Citing the reason for the violation of service rules, Ram Mohan Naidu has urged Amit Shah to take stringent action against the AP CID chief who has become a weapon in the hands of a political party.
