TDP leaders have decided to make the Mahanadu to be held in Kadapa on the 27th, 28th and 29th of this month a huge success. They have decided to hold an unprecedented public meeting with 5 lakh people on the last day and make it go down in history.
A coordination meeting was held on Sunday evening at the venue where the Mahanadu will be held on the outskirts of Kadapa city under the chairmanship of party state president Palla Srinivasa Rao. Ministers Anitha, Payyavula Keshav, Nimmala Ramanaidu, Angani Satya Prasad, Gottipati Ravikumar, M. Ramprasad Reddy, Savita and BC Janardhana Reddy were present.
First, a 2-minute silence was observed in memory of those who died in the war with Pakistan. Later, the organization of the Mahanadu was discussed. The main discussion was on the accommodation arrangements for the delegates and the mobilization of people for the public meeting. It was decided to mobilize people from 50 constituencies in Prakasam and Nellore districts along with the districts near Kadapa.
It was decided to mobilize 2.10 lakh people from the joint Kadapa district. 5-10 thousand people from each of the remaining constituencies. In-charges were also appointed for each constituency. Palla Srinivasa Rao told reporters that the TDP has a record in organizing the Mahanadu and that the Kadapa Mahanadu will be organized in a manner that has never been done before. It will never be done again.
“Even if the time is short, we will complete the arrangements within the deadline. I have not found such a wonderful venue. A spacious ground of 125 acres. There will be no problem with parking. The delegates’ meeting will be held in the first two days. We have sent invitations to 23,000 people. We have prepared the necessary accommodation for all of them”, he said.
“We will discuss the party’s ideologies, future plans, and the developments in the region. We will launch the ‘My TDP’ app created by Minister Lokesh. We have formed 13 committees without any shortcomings in the Mahanadu. Coordination, venue management, coordination camp committee, transportation, parking, food, accommodation, monitoring committee without stampede, blood donation, volunteer, registration, sanitation, and flower decoration committees”, he added.
