TDP politburo member Varla Ramaiah alleged that Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy was unable to digest defeat and in the frustration of losing creating anarchy with Plan `B’ and throwing mud on the Election Commission of India (ECI).
He recalled that ECI appointed officers from the list of proposals sent by the state government and it was the DGP who asked the ECI to take action who are not working properly.
Isn’t it true that in the past in 2019, Jagan appreciated ECI when the then DGP, Chief Secretary, Intelligence DG and several other SPs were removed on the same day, he asked. But, he wondered how now for him the actions of the ECI would be disgraceful?
He deplored why CM Jagan is attacking the ECI if incompetent officers are removed. Where were DGP Rajendranath Reddy, Intelligence Additional DG Anjaneyulu, Kolli Raghurama Reddy, CS Jawahar Reddy and Dhanunjay Reddy on the polling day?
Isn’t it true that everyone conspired for Jagan’s victory?, he asked. He said that the conspiracy hatched by these officers should be uncovered in the SIT investigation and the YCP leaders responsible for the violence should be sent to jail.
Ramaiah accused that these officers are the ones who have conspired for bloodshed in the state. He asserted that if their call data is taken out, everything will be known.
He demanded that Macherla MLA Ramakrishna and his brother Venkatarami Reddy, who are responsible for the massacre in that constituency, should be arrested immediately.
Macherla MLA, who was under house arrest after creating anarchy, his brother Tadepalli came to the palace and fled the state on the instructions of Jagan.
TDP leader alleged that Chandragiri MLA Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy and his son Chevireddy Mehit Reddy attempted to kill TDP MLA candidate Pulavarthy Nani in Tirupati. He also demanded that they should be arrested immediately.
Moreover, he said that Tadipatri MLA Ketireddy Peddareddy also should be arrested immediately for the anarchy and destruction created in Tadipatri.
He wondered how can Rajampet DSP Chaitanya create havoc in Tadipatri attacking and vandalizing houses of JC Prabhakar Reddy and others? Ramaiah said that DSP Chaitanya should be arrested immediately.
