The Telangana IT minister has responded to Nara Lokesh’s tweet about his father’s health and stated that as a son he knows and understands the pain of Nara Lokesh towards his father.
Nara Lokesh’s tweet has created a political sensation in both the Telugu-speaking states. He feared for the safety of life of his father in prison and also raised issues like there are a lot of mosquitoes in the jail, and his father Chandrababu Naidu was offered contaminated water due to which he is facing severe health issues. Citing this, KTR has expressed that he was in a similar situation when KCR was on a hunger strike and the doctors told him that his entire life might be in danger. KTR quoted saying “ As a son, I know the pain people undergo when their father’s life is in danger”.
KTR also responded deliberately to the agitation taking place in Hyderabad citing the illegal arrest of Chandrababu Naidu. KTR has expressed its concern not to cause inconvenience inside the city with agitations instead they can stage their protests in Dharna Chowk.
