The daughter of demised MP, YS Vivekananda Reddy approached the Supreme Court of India regarding the anticipatory bail of YS Avinash Reddy. Sunitha argued her own case in the Apex Court for which the jury has its own advice.

The Vacation Bench of Telangana High Court favored the arguments of accused number-8 in YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder case, MP Avinash Reddy in the last month and granted the petitioner access to anticipatory bail if at all the CBI arrests him. Sunitha found fault with the Vacation Bench and approached the Apex Court and registered a petition regarding the same. As the case came for the hearing, Sunitha argued that the Summer Court didn’t consider the witnesses in the case and it granted bail for the Kadapa MP who plotted the entire plan of murdering her own father. Not stopping there, she accused the AP CM Jagan of having the news of her father’s murder from Avinash Reddy even before anyone knew and the CM was trying his best to shield his cousin from the case.

The Chief Justice however declared that the CBI would not interfere in the anticipatory bail case and would do its work. It directed Sunitha to have her own advocate to represent herself and transferred the next hearing to the 19th of this month regarding the same. According to Sunitha, Avinash Reddy is trying to escape any possible arrest with the help of the AP Government.
