Viveka’s murder case has become a sensation in both the Telugu-speaking states in recent times for its twists and turns during the course of the investigation.
As we all know, the Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy who was an accused in this case has got an anticipatory bail amidst a lot of drama surrounding it. Dr. Suneetha Reddy has approached the supreme court one more time for filing a petition to cancel the anticipatory bail for Avinash Reddy and allow the CBI to complete its thorough investigation. Avinash Reddy’s father Bhaskar Reddy has been in Jail for the last few months and CBI has alleged that Avinash Reddy and Bhaskar Reddy are the prime accused behind the murder of Viveka.
Two days before, the CBI included Avinash Reddy as A-8 on the list. The investigating agency has also alleged that Avinash Reddy was utterly disappointed with Viveka for opposing his candidature for the Kadapa Lok Sabha segment. With this, Avinash grew more vengeance on Viveka and encouraged Gangi Reddy to kill Viveka, added CBI. Have to wait and see how the court responds to the plea of Suneetha.
