#SSMB28 – Trivikram leaves room for speculations

From the beginning, fans of Superstar Mahesh Babu are quite unhappy with his decision to team up with director Trivikram Srinivas for SSMB28. Adding fuel to their anxiety, the film’s shoot was halted after the first schedule in October last year. Later, the entire portion of the shoot was scrapped as Mahesh didn’t like the output. These developments have further irked Mahesh fans. After a gap of nearly three months, the regular shooting commenced in January this year. Moreover, it is revealed that Trivikram changed the entire script to convince Mahesh Babu.

The makers of this much-anticipated film stated that the film will hit the screens on August 11th. However, the buzz in the industry circles is that the film might not be able to meet the deadline due to delay in the shooting formalities. Reportedly, Trivikram and Mahesh Babu are in a lot of dilemma over choosing an ideal release date. They are unable to decide when to release the film if they miss August.

Also, Trivikram didn’t reveal who are the important character artists that are part of the cast. There is a lot of confusion among fans on what is really happening with this project. Meanwhile, speculations are rife over the title of the film. A couple of titles are making rounds in media circles over the past couple of days.

Despite all these speculations and rumours, Trivikram and his team are nonchalant. Fans are expecting the team to end the suspense at least on Ugadhi or sometime by mid-April through an official announcement.

SSMB28 is coming from the stables of Sithara Entertainment banner and features Pooja Hegde and Sree Leela as female leads. SS Thaman is composing the tunes.
