When the TDP Chief Naidu is looking forward to making amendments with its former friend BJP to go together in the 2024 elections and is all set to meet the BJP biggies at the Center, the state well BJP leaders of AP are working against it.
None other than the BJP head of Andhra Pradesh, Somu Verraju who is always critical about the TDP head Chandrababu Naidu has made sensational comments on the latter. In his latest interaction with the Press, Somu asked Naidu to stop his dual games and the lies he has been telling to the people of AP. He backed his allegations by reminding all that Babu who is now wishing to join hands with Amit Shah actually made the locals of Tirupati attack Amit Shah back in 2018 under his regime when Shah visited the holy city. Not stopping there, Somu claimed that Babu who is promising on bringing Special Category Status now backed off in the past and declared he was happy with just Special Package. He concluded his attack by asking Naidu to set his goals straight if he wants any further alliance with the BJP.
It is indeed shocking for the political observers to understand what game BJP is trying to play in AP. On one hand, Amit Shah and CBN are speculated to meet on a possible alliance whereas the local leaders are indirectly supporting Jagan and blaming Naidu. However, Somu stated that any meetings between TDP and BJP might happen to discuss possibilities and the outcome shall be declared by the Delhi leaders ultimately.
