Singapore’s Capital Land Ready To Invest Rs 450 crore In Hyderabad

As part of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s visit to Singapore, Capital Land has come forward to invest Rs 450 crore in Hyderabad. As part of this third-day visit to Singapore CM Revanth Reddy and Minister Sridhar Babu met with Capital Land representatives.

Later, Capital Land announced to invest Rs 450 crore in Hyderabad. With this, Capital Land will build an IT park in the city covering an area of one lakh square meters. This new project will be undertaken in line with the demand of global capability centers and blue-chip companies. Capital Land has already built famous business parks in Hyderabad such as International Tech Park Hyderabad, Evans Hyderabad and Cyber Pearl.

Capital Land has already announced that it will set up a 25-megawatt data center in Hyderabad to be made available this year. The construction of the second phase of the International Tech Park Hyderabad is planned to begin this year and be completed by 2028.

On this occasion, Capital Land representatives said that Hyderabad is progressing in business growth under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy along with the progressive policies of the Telangana government. They explained that this decision will be a milestone in further strengthening Hyderabad’s position as a business hub.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy declared this as a milestone in the technological and industrial development of Hyderabad. 

Meanwhile, a key agreement was signed on the first day of  Revanth Reddy’s visit to Singapore. Eng India University in Telangana has signed an agreement with Singapore’s ITE The Institute of Technical Education. This agreement was signed in the presence of CM Revanth Reddy and Minister Sridhar Babu.

The ITE curriculum will be used by Skill University. An agreement was signed between the VC of Skill University and the Deputy Director of ITE. CM Revanth Reddy and Minister Sridhar Babu visited the Singapore Institute of Technical Education (ITE) campus. They inspected the skill development courses and advanced facilities being conducted there.

Later, the Chief Minister’s team held discussions with senior ITE officials. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy requested to collaborate with Telangana’s prestigious Young India Skill University in Forl City, Hyderabad and cooperate with it. The ITE delegation responded positively to this. It expressed its readiness to work with the Young India Skill University.
