Those who follow political aspects in the Telugu States definitely know the name, Parakala Prabhakar. He is an Indian Political Economist and Social Commentator. He served as Communications Advisor in TDP government from 2014 to 2018. On top of all that, Parakala Prabhakar is the spouse of Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
A man of such stature, we expect him to be decent. An anonymous person mentioned Parakala Prabhakar’s name with some insensitive comments. Being a respectable man, he shouldn’t stoop to such low levels. Getting to the point, Parakala Prabhakar joined Prajarajyam Party and served as general secretary. However, before the elections, he came out of the party and alleged that Chiranjeevi and others sold party tickets like in a market. These comments have shown effect and damaged the reputation of the party. However, Parakala Prabhakar was awarded a cabinet-rank post in the TDP party later.
Today, an anonymous Twitter user, criticized Prabhakar for backstabbing the Praja Rajyam party and using insensitive words. For celebrities, these types of comments are not a new thing. Parakala should have avoided that like many others.
However, his comment using obscene language which cannot be written here has drawn severe backlash. Has Prabhakar lost it?
