In what may be called a horrendous act of crime, A man named Raju killed a visually impaired girl with a weapon in the region of Tadepalli. The details of this atrocious incident are as follows:
The accused named Raju and the victim Esther Rani both live in NTR Katta, Tadepalli in Andhra Pradesh. Raju has a habit of harassing Esther Rani who is unfortunately blind and the latter finally got vexed with the constant molestation and complained to her parents. As the parents warned Raju in this regard, reckless Raju has reportedly consumed Marijuana and hit Rani on her head. As Rani fell unconscious with a pool of blood, she was rushed to a nearby hospital by the locals but Rani breathed her last even before reaching the doctor’s aid. Police reached the place and started their investigation to only confirm that the accused was Raju, who was also a local.
After some time, Raju who absconded from the crime scene later surrendered himself before the DSP and was taken into custody. Police are looking forward to making Raju appear before the district Judge as soon as possible. On the flip side, Locals blame the slow action of the Police and lack of protection for the residents of the place even though it is so nearer to the capital Amravati and many government offices in Tadepalli.
