Recently, Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan expressed anger over a conversation between anchor and Tamil actor Karthi at the “Satyam Sundaram” film function, where Karthi quickly apologized over remarks on laddu.
However, arguments are emerging that Karthi shouldn’t have had to apologize for something he didn’t do. The number of supporters for Karthi in Tamil Nadu is growing, and political figure Seeman has also responded to the situation. A video of Seeman’s remarks has gone viral on social media, receiving significant likes from Tamilians. Seeman questioned what was wrong with Karthi’s comments that warranted an apology, suggesting that Karthi may have felt pressured to apologize due to concerns about potential impacts on his upcoming film release. He clarified that Karthi’s apology was not made with the intention of admitting fault, and he also questioned whether there is a link between the Tirupati laddu and Sanatana Dharma. Meanwhile, actor Prakash Raj has tweeted, criticizing the practice of making someone apologize for something they did not do.
