The opposition leader of India, Rahul Gandhi expressed his views on the Indian Budget for 2023 the other day. Terming it ‘Mitr Kaal’, he ridiculed the Indian Prime Minister for his double standards of helping only the friendly rich.
The scion of the Indian National Congress has been quite active lately as he successfully completed his ‘Bharat Jodo’ yatra. The young Congress leader took to Twitter and declared the budget was made keeping the one percent rich people who contribute 40% of India’s wealth but not for the 50% poor people who pay 65% of the GST. Not stopping there, young Gandhi stated that Modi’s vision for India’s future was blurred as he completely avoided the youth of this nation without any road map for the upcoming generations. Instead of building India’s future, Rahul declared that Modi is actually destroying it with his weird way of ruling.
Meanwhile, the Indian Prime Minister lauded the work of Union Finance Minister Nirmala Seetharamam. He stated that the budget is ‘Amrit Kaal’ as he is visioning for the upcoming 25 years of India from now when it completes 100 years of Independence only to end up as the Global leader
