Helmed by acclaimed director Sukumar, ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ is one of the most anticipated films of 2024. Featuring Icon star Allu Arjun and national crush Rashmika Mandanna, the film is scheduled to arrive in theaters worldwide on August 15.
Ahead of its release, earlier, the makers unveiled the first single, ‘Pushpa Pushpa’, which became a chartbuster song already. Adding to the anticipation, the makers have now released an announcement video, revealing that the second single, ‘Sooseki’, will be released on May 29 at 11:07 a.m.
Dropping the announcement video on their social media platforms, the makers wrote, “India ka favourite jodi is back with a banger. The couple song out on 29th May at 11:07 AM.
The announcement video starts with a person asking Srivalli about the song name of the second single, to which Rashmika Mandanna responds by singing the opening lines of the upcoming song while striking Pushpa’s iconic pose.
The initial line of the song, “Sooseki Aggiravvi Maadhire Untaade Naa Saami,” is revealed, sparking immense excitement among fans who eagerly anticipate the enchanting performance, just like the ‘Saami Saami’ song from the film’s prequel. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad is at the helm of music direction for this highly anticipated flick.
The film is backed by the esteemed production house, Mythri Movie Makers. Apart from Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, the film also stars Fahadh Faasil, Anasuya, Suni, Rao Ramesh, and others in significant roles.
