The deputy chief minister and the chief of the Janasena party, Shri Pawan Kalyan has handed over the 1 crore check to the chief minister of AP, Chandrababu Naidu.
The inundated floods and the downpour in Vijayawada have been recorded as one of the worst natural calamities that it has ever seen. The government is overseeing the rescue operations and on the other hand, many philanthropists have come forward to show their solidarity towards the flood victims by donating big to the chief minister’s relief fund.
As promised, the Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan has given one crore each to AP and TS for the devastating flood that shattered the lives of the people. Today he has met the chief minister to monitor the proceedings of the rescue operations. Pawan being the cabinet minister of Panchayati Raj and Rural Development has pledged to donate 4 crores for the flood-hit villages.
