Pawan Kalyan to decide between BJP and TDP

Thursday, November 14, 2024

The meeting of Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan with the TDP head Chandrababu Naidu hinted about a possible alliance in the near future regarding the polls of 2024. However, he has a big headache ahead of this alliance as he has to choose between his already existing partner BJP and TDP.

Even though the three parties BJP, TDP, and Janasena worked together in 2014 to win, Janasena and BJP left the alliance in the latter years one after the other. Janasena went away to contest alone but TDP officially broke the pact with BJP stating it was not working for the welfare of the state. Since then TDP and BJP became rivals to a point such that TDP dared to pact with BJP’s number one enemy-Congress in AP and Telangana. Cut to the present the developments between the parties Janasena and TDP seemed to be a possible alliance within the state of AP. So Pawan Kalyan has to choose one side between BJP and TDP as both of them are not in the mood to work together.

Meanwhile, the TDP Chief who is hopeful of having a pact with Janasena is busy holding talks with communist leaders of CPI and CPIM to include them to form a grand alliance for the 2024 polls. If Pawan Kalyan officially bids farewell to BJP and shakes hands with TDP, Naidu is even keen on bringing the Congress on board the alliance to make a huge anti-YSRCP group to defeat Jagan.
