Amaravati: Jana Sena Party Chief and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan conveyed a significant message to his party cadre through an open letter. Addressing “beloved Jana Sainiks, Veera Mahilas, and Jana Sena leaders,” he extended heartfelt greetings and emphasized the historic triumph of the NDA alliance, comprising Jana Sena, TDP, and BJP—in the 2024 general elections.
Calling the victory a landmark moment, Pawan Kalyan highlighted the public’s discontent with five years of YSRCP’s oppressive rule, corruption, anti-social activities, and failure in maintaining law and order. He remarked that the public, frustrated by the lack of development and the state’s financial mismanagement, placed their trust in an alliance led by experienced leaders focused on securing the future of coming generations.
Pawan Kalyan noted that this trust translated into a remarkable win, with the NDA securing 164 out of 175 assembly seats, achieving a 94% success rate. The Jana Sena Party, in particular, secured a perfect strike rate by winning all 21 assembly seats and two parliamentary constituencies it contested.
He underlined the responsibility the party holds following this public mandate. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Chandrababu, and with central government support, the NDA alliance has attracted over ₹3 lakh crore in investments within seven months of coming to power. Infrastructure development, including road construction and the provision of basic amenities, has reached even remote villages.
Reiterating his commitment to Andhra Pradesh’s progress, Pawan Kalyan said, “We are working with determination to honor the trust of five crore people and secure a bright future for the youth over the next 25 years.” He urged the cadre of all three alliance parties to act responsibly, avoid unnecessary disputes, and refrain from expressing personal opinions or discussing alliance matters publicly or on social media.
“I have never pursued politics for positions, nor will I in the future. My sole focus has been on wiping the tears of those in distress and developing my homeland. I appeal to everyone to understand the alliance’s significance and work wholeheartedly for its success,” he stated.
Pawan Kalyan concluded by inviting all Jana Sena members to discuss the party’s future goals comprehensively on March 14, the party’s foundation day.
