Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, who is new to administration, is actively engaging with various sections of society. He recently responded to a letter from retired IAS officer EAS Sharma, who raised concerns about GVMC structures potentially harming the environment at Mudasarlova.
Sharma highlighted that Mudasarlova Park, frequented daily by hundreds and home to 105 bird species, faces potential construction by GVMC. He urged for the preservation of Mudasarlova Park.
In response, Pawan Kalyan has asked GVMC officials to clarify Sharma’s concerns. He instructed them not to undertake any activities that could harm the environment at Mudasarlova Park. GVMC officials, in turn, assured Pawan that no construction is planned or underway at Mudasarlova Park, and there are no such proposals.
