Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan lambasted the AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy in his own style. He went on to present a title ‘Appu Ratna’ to the CM regarding the overall debts of AP according to the Central Government.
The Central Government pointed out at the AP Government as it has crossed the debt of 5 lakh crores of rupees within the span of three years from the center. On this occasion, Pawan took to Twitter and sarcastically wished Jagan on his outstanding achievement and presented the award ‘Appu Ratna’ along with a hilarious cartoon. Pawan went further and ridiculed his political rival with a postscript asking the CM not to decrease his own personal wealth and assets while the state is crumbling down to dogs, Never!. Janasenani indirectly mocked the increasing assets of AP CM with time in parallel to the increased debts of the state. Needless to say, YSRCP leaders have no direct answer except name calling Pawan Kalyan as usual.
Political experts say this is not a tall claim Pawan Kalyan was making on Jagan as the new statistics from the center are in line with Janasenani’s opinion. According to the Central government, the state’s debts doubled since 2019. The total AP’s debt before 2019 was Rs 2,64,451 crores and after Jagan assumed the office, the total debt of AP as on today is Rs 4,42,442 in just three plus years. All the funds are diverted to the CM’s freebies and nothing is going into the development of the state.
