Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s ambitious program to alleviate poverty P4 is getting an unexpected response and Prasad Seeds has expressed its readiness to construct the Kommamooru lift irrigation with its own money. Prasad Seeds Chairman Prasad revealed that Rs. 10 crore will be disbursed for the construction of the lift scheme.

He said that efforts will be made to stabilize irrigation water for 5,315 acres in Kakumanu mandal with the Kommamooru lift. Chief Minister Chandrababu congratulated Prasad for his generosity in coming forward to construct the lift for the farmers. The CM has instructed the Irrigation Department officials to coordinate with Prasad Seeds.

Prasad, the head of Prasad Seeds, gave a letter of acceptance to the Chief Minister in this regard. While participating in a public meeting in Muppalla village of NTR district on Saturday, CM Chandrababu mentioned the P4 policy and said that he is going to the homes of those selected under the Golden Family and spoke to them.

He said that if they understand the programs they are undertaking, they will feel better, otherwise, they will go back. He said that the purpose of P4 is to help some more people and bring them up. He said that his intention is to help the bottom 20 percent of the Golden Family and the top ten percent.

The Chief Minister expressed confidence that this will definitely give good results in the future and will help the poor grow financially. CM Chandrababu called on all those who have grown up financially in the society to think and give something back to the society.

P4 is a program launched by the AP government for the empowerment of the poor at the bottom. The government has launched the P4 Zero Poverty program from Ugadi. The CM brought P4 with the aim of making people the world’s number 1 in income by 2024.

Initially, this pilot project will be undertaken in four villages. Approximately 5869 families will benefit. A survey has already been started in several districts of AP. In this, the people at the bottom will be identified. The certificates of the beneficiaries will be kept on the Samriddhi Bandhanam platform.

The role of the government in the P4 system is to connect the families who need to benefit with the families who can help. The government does not directly handle financial transactions. The government’s idea is that the bottom 20 percent of the people will have a chance to benefit from this system.
