The Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy has expressed his displeasure over the Tollywood film industry for not responding to the initiative taken by the government.
As we all know, the Revanth-led government has taken the initiative of giving Gaddar Awards to the Telugu film industry after the state has been bifurcated. The proposal has been sent to the TFI but none of them has come forward regarding this. The chief minister has expressed his dissatisfaction as it has been months and no one has responded till date.
The AP government has continued Nandi awards for a while but after the bifurcation, the Telangana government has not initiated any awards. The Telangana government has once again urged the TFI to look into this and respond.
