AP Education, IT and Electronics Minister Nara Lokesh will be visiting Australia from the 19th to the 24th of this month. Australian High Commissioner Philip Green recently sent a letter of invitation to Minister Lokesh on behalf of the Australian government to participate in the Special Visits Program. He will visit various universities in Australia and study the advanced education systems there.
In addition, he will participate in road shows to ensure the success of the CII Partnership Summit to be held in Visakhapatnam on November 14 and 15. He will reach Sydney on the 19th and will participate in the Telugu Diaspora meeting at the Sydney Cricket Grounds from 5 to 8 pm.
On the 20th, at 9 am, he will visit the University of New South Wales in Randwick. At 1 pm, he will participate in a meeting of New South Wales MPs and business executives under the auspices of the Business Council of Australia.
At 3 pm, he will visit the TAFE NSW Ultimo campus with Australian Skills & Training Minister Andrew Gilles. At 6.30 pm, he will participate in the CII Partnership Summit Road Show organized by the Australia India Business Council at the NSW Parliament House.
On the 21st, at 8.30 am, he will participate in the Aqua representatives meeting organized by the Centre for Australia India Relations (CIAR) in Parramatta. At 11 am, he will visit Western Sydney University (WSU) and meet with senior executives and agricultural technologists. At 2pm, he will meet with the NSW Minister for Innovation, Science and Technology, Anoulak Chanthivong, and the Minister for Skills and Territorial Education, Steve Vaughan.
On the 22nd, he will visit Griffith University in Southport, Gold Coast, at 9am. At 2pm, he will participate in the Queensland Trade and Investment Roundtable in Brisbane. At 3pm, he will meet with the Queensland Minister. At 4pm, he will meet with the Architect Leadership Team on the construction of a state-of-the-art sports stadium in AP.
On the 23rd, he will visit the University of Melbourne at 9.30am. At 2pm, he will meet with the Victorian Minister for Skills, Ben Carroll, and the Minister for Economic Growth & Jobs, Danny Pearson. At 4.30 pm, they will visit the world-famous wine industry in the Yarra Valley and then meet with representatives of Treasury Wines Estate.
On the 24th, they will participate in a roundtable meeting on International Education under the auspices of the Australian Trade Investment Commission in Melbourne at 9 am. At 11.30 am, they will participate in the CII Partnership Summit Road Show under the auspices of the AIBC at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Melbourne.
At 2 pm, they will visit the Victoria Cricket Ground and inspect the sports technology and infrastructure. They will leave Melbourne on the night of the 24th and reach Hyderabad on the night of the 25th.
