Naidu addresses AP’s Sarpanches in Mandapeta

The TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu has addressed all the 13,000 Sarpanches of Andhra Pradesh in a specially organized meeting in the constituency of Mandapeta. The Opposition leader met the TDP Sarpanches in the region and assured them to aid once they form gain power in 2024.

CBN slammed the Jagan sarkar for belittling the Sarpanches as it has been treating the village heads in the least possible way. Claiming that the then TDP Government spent more than 60,000 crores of rupees to develop the rural villages and it resulted in more than 100 National Gram Panchayat Awards from the Central Government, Babu declared that the entire system of Grama Panchayats was completely compromised. Naidu pointed out Jagan for diverting the Central funds that are due to the Sarpanches and misusing them for their political gain. He added that more than 1000 crores of funds sent by the Prime Minister to aid the villages of AP have been diverted by the State Government.

In the meeting, tons of Sarpanches in the united East Godavari district attended the event and shared their issues and troubles facing as the state government is not aiding them in any way. One of the Sarpanches stressed the fact that they receive 3000 per month which is worse than that of Gram Volunteers who are getting paid 5000 per month. Naidu however promised to bring back the golden days to the village heads and rural regions after assuming power in 2024.
