Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is currently awaiting the release of his upcoming film Custody which is getting ready to hit the screens on May 12th. As part of its promotions, Chaitu started interacting with Telugu media in Hyderabad. During one of his interviews with a leading web portal, Chaitu made shocking comments about director Parasuram.
It is a known fact that Chaitu was supposed to team up with Parasuram for a film in 2020. Though the project was officially announced, it was later put on the back burner as Parasuram got an opportunity to direct Mahesh Babu. His unceremonious exit irked Chaitu at that time. Surprisingly, the project was back on track last year. But, it was finally shelved due to creative differences between Chaitu and Parasuram.
When Chaitu was asked about Parasuram, he replied that it is a waste of time to discuss about the matter as it is a foregone conclusion. Chaitu said Parasuram wasted his time and there is no point in discussing about him further to waste more time. He made these shocking comments yesterday during one of his interviews.
It seems like Chaitu didn’t like the way Parasuram shifted loyalties after getting an offer from Mahesh Babu. He was deeply hurt for leaving him in the lurch after announcing the project. Parasuram is now planning to work with Vijay Devarakonda and Chaitu is next going to team up Shiva Nirvana.
