The Mohan Babu family feud has touched new heights. The growing friction between his two sons, Manchu Vishnu and Manchu Manoj, over property issues has taken center stage. Latest in this prolonged battle is the development where Mohan Babu made a formal complaint to the Rangareddy District Collector against his sons in a bid for legal action concerning a property issue over his Jalpally residence in Hyderabad.

Mohan Babu, in his complaint, sought an immediate eviction of the unauthorized occupants, citing that Manchu Manoj, along with his wife Bhuma Mounika Reddy and children, has been staying in the property without his consent. Mohan Babu, through the Senior Citizens Act, is seeking return of the property to him, a right the Act provides for senior citizens in such disputes.

According to reports, Manchu Manoj and his family are indeed residing in the disputed Jalpally property. As soon as the complaint was lodged, Rangareddy District Collector served a notice to Manchu Manoj that officially marked a step in legal action.

The current tussle between Mohan Babu and Manchu Manoj is yet another case in the litany of feuds in the family where both have filed police complaints against each other at various points in the past. The disputes have now entered the legal domains, impacting personal lives as well as property rights. Mohan Babu, who is currently staying in Tirupati, wants to regain his possession of his Jalpally house. The court has ordered the officials to execute the eviction order in the current legal procedure.
