Minister Seethakka expressed her deep anger over Union Minister of State Bandi Sanjay’s comments on Lok Sabha Opposition Leader Rahul Gandhi. She made it clear that Rahul Gandhi’s preference is to conduct a caste census across the country and provide welfare benefits and reservations on the basis of population.
She said that Rahul Gandhi is demanding a caste census to rectify the injustice being done to BCs and do justice, insisting on a BC caste census across the country. She was furious that BJP leaders were targeting Rahul Gandhi to sideline the caste census issue. She said that Rahul, who comes from a family of sacrifices, is a visionary leader and has been working for the country for 30 years without holding any ministerial posts.
That is why, Seethakka alleged that attempts are being made to target and defame Rahul Gandhi from the village level to the Prime Minister. She accused that the BJP’s policy is hatred and destruction, while Rahul Gandhi is working for love, peace and equality. She wanted the people to decide whether the BJP wants hatred and destruction or whether the Congress wants peace, equality and development.
She expressed anger that now BJP leaders are raising the issue of Rahul’s religion only to divert the issue of caste enumeration. She said that the BJP has done nothing for the country and the welfare of the poor people for ten years. Moreover, she lamented that it is the nature of BJP leaders to get positions through divisive politics.
Stating that Rahul is not a man who is fighting for positions, Seethakka revealed that Rahul is fighting for the development of society with a legacy of sacrifices and for the goal of a just society. Moreover, she said that Rahul is not working for the growth of Adani’s assets, but Rahul Gandhi’s goal is the advancement of the lower classes and a society without gaps.
The Minister said that the society is falling behind due to the BJP’s hatred politics, but the reforms undertaken by the first Prime Minister Nehru to Manmohan Singh are what are making the country stand today. She stated that the BJP does not care about the oppressed classes and poor people.
