The TDP general secretary, Nara Lokesh who resumed his Yuva Galam Padayatra a few days back has given a temporary halt to his ongoing padayatra.
Lokesh has taken this decision following the unfavorable weather conditions in the state of Andhra Pradesh due to cyclone Michaung. Citing not to interrupt the relief works of the government in this situation, Lokesh seems to have given a halt to his padayatra. Lokesh had earlier halted his yuva galam when his father Chandrababu Naidu was arrested on September 9th alleging a Skill Development Scam case. Lokesh is contemplating ending this yatra in Visakhapatnam as per close sources.
Lokesh will resume his padayatra on December 7th from Kakinada where he stopped today. As the elections are approaching, Lokesh wants to end his padayatra and focus more on taking the TDP and Janasena alliance into the public.
