BRS Working President KTR has sharply criticized the Congress government, alleging that their promises of loan waivers were merely a facade to distract from real issues. He highlighted that, despite the August 15 deadline, the promised Rs. 2 lakh loan waiver has not been implemented. KTR also sarcastically noted Rahul Gandhi’s absence, questioning why he hasn’t come to address the issue despite repeated calls.
KTR responded to claims of family rule by pointing out that while Congress has accused BRS of nepotism, it is evident that the Reddy brothers are prominent figures within the Congress as well. He questioned how 30,000 jobs were supposedly filled without proper notifications and condemned the Congress government for releasing a “jobless calendar.”
KTR warned that if Congress fails to fulfill the 420 promises made during the elections, the government will face severe criticism. He accused Revanth Reddy’s family company of receiving a Rs. 1,000 crore tender and argued that deceptive promises cannot sustain the government for long. KTR suggested that soon, Kadiyam Srihari and Kadiyam Kavya will be held accountable by the public.
KTR refuted suggestions of secret deals with the BJP, questioning if such deals existed, whether Kavitha would have remained in jail for so long. He warned that failure to meet promises would have serious consequences for Congress and criticized them for proceeding with local body elections without increasing BC reservations.
