Janipalli Srinivas aka Kodi Kathi Srinu was finally granted bail by the High Court by imposing certain conditions to be followed after the release.
Kodi Kathi Srinu has been sentenced to jail after making an attack on Y S Jagan at the airport premises. It has been 5 years till now and there has been no progress in this case except for the delay in the investigation. Citing these reasons, the AP High Court has issued conditional bail to Kodi Kathi Srinu in this case.
This case has hogged the limelight for a long time and it has created a sensation in both the Telugu-speaking states. Though Y S Jagan was left unhurt, he has never attended an investigation till now which seems to be a surprise to many.
