Foul-mouthed YSR Congress party leader and former Minister of Andhra Pradesh Kodali Venkateswara Rao alias Nani is the biggest enemy for Telugu Desam Party and its cadre. No other politician in Telugu states received so much of loathe from general public like Nani because of his abusive language and slanderous remarks on Chandrababu Naidu and his family. He even attacked Pawan Kalyan several times.
Naidu’s son Nara Lokesh openly assured the TDP cadre that Kodali Nani will be paraded in his innerwear on the streets of Gudivada once they assume power in 2024. Even after six months, there is no firm action on Nani by the NDA government. The supporters of TDP have been expressing resentment on the party high command for not standing by its promise to take a stern action against Nani for his misdeeds.
Now, Nani’s close aide Kali, who fled AP and settled in Assam immediately after the NDA came to power, has been arrested by Gudivada police on several atrocities committed in the last five years. Reportedly, Kali has confessed that he did everything at the behest of Nani’s directions and orders. So, Gudivada police are going to lodge cases on Nani and prosecute him accordingly.
It is heard that the government has already readied list of irregularities and unlawful activities carried out by Kodali Nani in the last five years when Jagan Mohan Reddy was chief minister. Moreover, it is likely to unearth scams pertaining to Civil Supplies department for which Nani was the minister for three years.
In all probability, Nani might be arrested very soon and he will pay the price for his arrogant behaviour ever since he joined YSR Congress party in 2014. Nara Lokesh is very particular to settle the scores with Nani in particular.
